Storage Policy

Fast Track Muskoka Inc. provides secure, short-term, and transitional storage options as part of our professional moving services. To ensure transparency and mutual protection, the following Storage Terms & Conditions apply:

🗂️ Storage Terms & Conditions

  • Once your items have been placed into storage, you have 14 calendar days from the date of entry to inspect your belongings and submit any claims regarding loss or damage.

  • After this 14-day period, Fast Track Muskoka Inc. assumes no liability for any damages, deterioration, or condition-related concerns associated with items in storage.

  • The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from:

    • Natural wear and tear

    • Moisture or humidity

    • Temperature fluctuations

    • Inherent risks associated with storing furniture, electronics, or other household goods

  • All items are stored at the client’s own risk, and insurance coverage for stored goods is the sole responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients must notify Fast Track Muskoka Inc. in writing of any intent to retrieve, access, or remove items from storage. Access may be subject to:

    • Scheduling availability, and

    • Additional service charges where applicable.
