What we look for
We’re building a crew of strong, disciplined movers across Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Huntsville and the rest of Muskoka who take pride in doing things the right way. The ideal candidate is:
- Physically active and able to lift 50 to 100 lbs repeatedly
- Punctual and dependable, every shift
- A strong communicator with real customer service skills
- Focused, respectful, and steady under pressure
- A team player who shows up ready to work
- Able to take direction and stay productive when the day gets busy
Positions we hire for
We’re growing and always looking for high performers in these roles:
- Mover (entry-level and experienced)
Load, transport, and unload customer items with care and professionalism. - Driver-Mover (Class G licence or higher)
Drive our trucks and lead smaller jobs safely and efficiently. - Crew Lead / Team Supervisor
Run the crew on site, manage the workflow, and make sure every job leaves the customer happy. - Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator (office-based)
Schedule crews, handle client communication, and keep day-to-day operations running.
This job isn’t for everyone
We’d rather be upfront. Moving is physical, demanding, and fast, and not everyone is cut out for it.
Please don’t apply if you:
- Are not physically fit or struggle with heavy lifting
- Cannot be punctual or manage your time well
- Are unwilling to work long days, weekends, or in Muskoka weather, from July heat to January snow
- Have trouble working in a team or taking direction
- Lack motivation or a strong work ethic
- Are looking for a desk job. This is hands-on, physical work
- Cannot pass a background check
