1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Fast Track Muskoka Inc. (“the Company”), including requesting a quote, booking a move, or receiving any related service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Availability
All services are subject to availability. Bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received.
The Company reserves the right to adjust service dates in the event of:
Emergency or safety concerns
Severe weather
Equipment or vehicle failure
In all cases, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your move.
Full payment is due within 48 hours of move completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cash, or approved business invoicing.
Late payments may incur interest charges or administrative fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate move details and updated contact information
Ensuring clear access to loading/unloading areas
Securing parking arrangements, where required
Having all items packed and ready unless packing services were booked
Notifying the Company of any fragile or specialty items prior to the move
5. Prohibited Items
The Company does not transport:
Hazardous materials (e.g., gasoline, propane, chemicals, paints)
Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
Live plants or animals
Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods
The Company reserves the right to refuse service for any item deemed unsafe, illegal, or unfit for transport.
6. Liability Limitations
As outlined in our Client Service Agreement:
The Company is not liable for damage to unboxed, unpacked, or poorly packed items.
Items made of particleboard, pressboard, or MDF are moved at the Client’s own risk.
Liability ends once items are delivered to a storage facility, third-party location, or non-residential site.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of service completion.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable.
Moves may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled date with no penalty.
Short-notice reschedules (under 72 hours) may incur additional fees.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled move may result in full-charge billing.
8. Intellectual Property & Branding
All branding, logos, designs, written content, and materials associated with Fast Track Muskoka Inc. are the intellectual property of the Company.
These assets may not be copied, redistributed, altered, or reused without written consent.
9. Feedback & Reviews
We value honest feedback and continuous improvement.
If you experience any issues, please contact us directly so we can resolve them quickly and professionally.
False, misleading, or defamatory statements that cause harm to the Company’s reputation may result in legal action.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts, under the jurisdiction covering the District of Muskoka.
11. Updates to Terms
Fast Track Muskoka Inc. reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately to all new and existing clients.
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
